Mr. Norman's practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, civil rights litigation (including false arrest and excessive force cases), and general business and real estate matters. He is licensed to practice law in MD, DE, DC, and CA and the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and Delaware. He prides himself on being an endless advocate for his clients.
His bankruptcy practice for individuals consists of not only Chapter 7 liquidation cases, but also Chapter 13 reorganizations where unique benefits such as reduced balances on homes and vehicles may be accomplished. Mr. Norman has developed a unique niche in the Civil Rights field and some of his cases have garnered regional and national attention. He also has served on various Boards of Directors for businesses in the real estate industry and worked as a county attorney representing various agencies and governing bodies in Maryland and beyond.
