In 2010 David Krum achieved the highest policy settlement allowed in two tragic auto accidents. In one case in Charles County Maryland, two people died in a tragic car accident. In another case, Mr. Krum obtianed the maximum policy settlement allowed in a tragic accident where three family members perished when a van crashed with six occupants inside.
Mr. Krum is licensed to practice in Maryland and is an active member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Krum was recently nominated and elected to the Board of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association.
Mr. Krum received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He earned a B.S. in Physics and a B.A. in Spanish from Wofford College located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. While attending Wofford College, Mr. Krum was a Division I athlete, playing soccer and running track for the Wofford College Terriers. Mr. Krum is a fluent Spanish speaker and is in court almost every day. Mr. Krum is from Rockville, Maryland and attended Rockville High School.
